A platform built around a centralised company-wide content management system with internal and external sites and microsites bolted on.
Over 8 years, the aforementioned modules included The Chivas Brother’s Corporate website, a social media newsroom, the Ballantine’s Golf championship and a number of press toolkits.
Internally, on the platform was their extranet, their intranet, Pernod Ricard’s Travel Retail extranet and packaging microsites across both organisations. Additionally, Chivas Brother’s global asset management system for all their marketing collatoral. It held everything from billboard advertising to brand strategies, social media to packaging. This was accessible to over 2000 organisations with access rights managed centrally.
