ENSURING A SMOOTH BRAND TRANSITION FOR THEIR SUPPLIERS

We undertook three projects for the Dorchester Collection over the three and a half years we worked with them.
The initial project was a B2B campaign which targetted their 100,000 booking agents who used their global booking system code, which was changing from DG to DC. The switch was all part of their brand change and consisted of a microsite and a four-stage email campaign in multiple languages.
The success of this led us to run their internal email newsletter, which can be seen below with the new Dorchester Collection brand. In order to run these we worked on their global databases to merge them into one single database from which the mailers were sent.
